Siliconaire, Inc. was founded in early 2005 with the mission of providing comprehensive semiconductor operational services to fabless start-up companies by taking its early design through the entire silicon implementation process to reliable, robust and profitable manufacturing.

Our pledge is to bring the best-of-class silicon know-how to the fabless start-up company by leveraging the competencies of the suppliers’ community.  This allows the fabless company to concentrate in its own core competency.

The fabless companies need the expertise of operations personnel in the early stage to “do the right thing” – to make critical decisions that have great impact on time to market and cost of the product.  Yet, the utilization rate of such operations personnel remains very low for a long period of time until a stable customer engagement is achieved.  It is very costly to carry an in-house full-time operations team for that length of time.  Siliconaire helps resolve this dilemma by providing the benefits of a world-class operations team in a cost-effective low risk manner.

In 2006 Siliconaire formed an Information Technology and Communications (ITC) business unit. 

Siliconaire ITC’s mission is to build and support a robust, scalable and cost effective IT and communications infrastructure for clients, facilitating uninterrupted growth of the enterprise.

An effective and efficient ITC infrastructure supporting its core competency is a must for the growth and success of the enterprise; Siliconaire ITC has the strategic and technical IT experience and proven methodologies to make this a reality for customers.

Our approach is to leverage our extensive supplier relationships and enterprise evolution know-how to provide value to our customers – emerging and established enterprises – by allowing them an outsourced option to fulfill their ITC needs, or by augmenting in-house expertise on project or program-based initiatives.
