ANNOUNCEMENT
Siliconaire, Incorporated, has merged with ACCO Semiconductor, Inc., one of its largest fabless semiconductor clients that specializes in CMOS RF products for the cellular market. In November 2009 Ron Das, CEO and Founder of Siliconaire became the President and CEO of ACCO Semiconductor and ACCO S.A.S, their daughter company in France.
